POLÍTICAS DE REINTEGRO y anulación de Inscripción
En caso de que el participante no pueda asistir al evento por causas ajenas a su voluntad y anule su inscripción antes de este, se efectuara la anulación y se le reintegrará el monto pagado según se detalla.
- La anulación de la inscripción deberá ser comunicada al Comité Local enviando una carta formal por fax o correo electrónico.
- El participante debe asegurarse de recibir un acuso de recibido de la misma, para que su inscripción quede oficialmente anulada.
- El pago realizado será reintegrado según se indica a continuación:
- 75% si la anulación se recibe 30 días antes del día de inicio del Simposio
- 50% si la anulación se recibe 15 días antes del día de inicio del Simposio
- No se reintegrará monto alguno por anulaciones recibidas después de las fechas indicadas en los puntos anteriores.
- Cada participante que envié el formulario de inscripción queda debidamente acreditado al evento y por lo tanto asume su compromiso de pago al mismo

REFUND POLICIES and cancellation of Registration
In the event that the participant cannot attend the event for reasons beyond his control and cancels his registration before this, the cancellation will be made and the amount paid will be reimbursed as detailed.
- The cancellation of the registration must be communicated to the Organizing Committee by email.
-The participant must make sure to receive an acknowledgment of receipt of it, so that his registration is officially canceled.
- The payment made will be refunded as indicated below:
- 75% if the cancellation is received a maximum of 30 days before the start day of the Symposium
- 50% if the cancellation is received a maximum of 15 days before the start of the Symposium
- No amount will be reimbursed for cancellations received after the date indicated in the previous points.
- Each participant who sends the registration form is duly accredited to the event and therefore assumes their commitment to pay for it.
